Delete list
Old low-value mail (6+ months) and anything you ask to delete is labelled “Delete list” in your Gmail. This app can’t delete anything. When you’re happy, open the label in Gmail, tick select-all and delete.
Receipts and invoices never go here: they're moved to Receipts & invoices in Gmail.
Tap Keep on anything that shouldn’t be there. It won’t be filed again.
Older mail
Label old marketing mail too: anything Gmail filed under Promotions that's older than 6 months. Starred, Gmail-“important” and anything that looks like a receipt or order are never included. No AI, so it costs nothing.

Permissions: read and label your mail, and send mail. The app's code blocks every delete, bin, archive and spam action. It can only add or remove its own labels.
Disconnect Gmail and delete everything?
This revokes Inbox Aloud's access to your Gmail and permanently deletes what the app holds: email sorting, drafts, the record of what was sent, and all conversation transcripts. Your Gmail itself is not touched. This can't be undone; you'd connect again from scratch.
Privacy
Stored here: thread ids, sender, subject, a one-line summary, status, your drafts, what was sent, and conversation transcripts (deleted automatically after 30 days). Full email bodies aren't stored. They're fetched when needed and sent to the AI providers (Anthropic for ranking and drafting, ElevenLabs for live voice) under their API data terms.
